There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs. Thereafter work is charged in 30-minute increments.
Any fixed price work undertaken requires a deposit of 50% before any work is undertaken, and the remainder paid upon satisfactory completion of the works as per our quotations.
The time taken for material collection will be kept to a minimum. The charge will not exceed 30 minutes billable time in any 24 hour period.
We will supply a quotes or estimate and can visit your property by appointment.
An invoice will always be supplied showing a full description of work carried out. Time started and finished, plus a breakdown of the labour and materials costs.
Payment must be made in full by card on job completion or by bank transfer for larger projects.
If you have to cancel a job because of self-isolating or an emergency, this will not carry a fee but we request that for all and any cancellations, you give us as much notices as possible.
We do not dispose of rubbish as this is an additional cost for our business. Any rubbish that you want us to dispose of will incur an additional charge.
The above charges do not include parking/Congestion Charge/Ultra Low Emission Zone or materials that may be required.
