At Kemco Plumbing & Heating Ltd, we know that during 2020 many people have experienced difficulties and we have therefore continued to keep our prices competitive to make sure that anyone who needs our services can be assured of a quality service at exceptional prices.
We charge £75 plus VAT for the first hour, then we charge in half an hour increments thereafter at £37.50 plus VAT. This charge does not include parking/Congestion Charge/Ultra Low Emission Zone or materials that may be required.
Payment is due on completion of work - our engineers carry chip and pin machines. If for whatever reason you are not available at completion of work, payment must be made that day via a bank transfer. Alternatively, if you would prefer to pay over the phone, please let us know and we can arrange this.

There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs. Thereafter work is charged in 30-minute increments.
Any fixed price work undertaken requires a deposit of 50% before any work is undertaken, and the remainder paid upon satisfactory completion of the works as per our quotations.
The time taken for material collection will be kept to a minimum. The charge will not exceed 30 minutes billable time in any 24 hour period.
We will supply a quotes or estimate and can visit your property by appointment.
An invoice will always be supplied showing a full description of work carried out. Time started and finished, plus a breakdown of the labour and materials costs.
Payment must be made in full by card on job completion or by bank transfer for larger projects.
If you have to cancel a job because of self-isolating or an emergency, this will not carry a fee but we request that for all and any cancellations, you give us as much notices as possible.
We do not dispose of rubbish as this is an additonal cost for our business. Any rubbish that you want us to dispose of will incur an additional charge.
